Terms of service

The short version: we do good work at the price we quoted, you own what you pay for, and neither of us is trapped. The longer version:

Quotes and prices

All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Project prices are fixed before we start - if the scope changes, we'll agree any change in price before doing the work, not after.

Payment

Projects are typically 50% to begin and 50% on completion. Monthly services are billed monthly in advance. If an invoice goes unpaid we'll chase politely, then pause work until it's sorted.

Ownership

When you've paid for it, you own it: website code and content, design files, your domain, your data, your accounts. We may showcase work we've done for you in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Monthly services and cancellation

No minimum terms, no contracts. Cancel any monthly service with 30 days' notice, effective from your next billing date. Everything we've built keeps working after you go - that's the point of how we build.

The Growth Blueprint guarantee

If you complete the Growth Blueprint and honestly believe it wasn't worth what you paid, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full.

What we need from you

Timely feedback, honest information, and access to the accounts we need to do the work. Delays on those pause our deadlines - fairly, not punitively.

Liability

We carry out all work with reasonable skill and care. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work the claim relates to. We're not liable for indirect losses - though we'll always help fix a problem regardless of whose fault it is.

The boring-but-necessary bit
